We will NOT have practice this Fri at Second Ponce due to the first day of this weekend's meet. I will send more info about the meet later this week as I get it! We will also NOT have Sat practice due to the meet.

Next week we return to our original schedule and ALL groups are back to Westminster! Practices also go back to being offered MON-THUR's and SAT's with times being:

Group 1: 5-6pm (5:45-6pm drylands)
Group 2: 5:30-6:30pm (5:30-5:45pm drylands)
Group 3: 6:15-7:45pm (6:15-6:30pm drylands)
Group 4: 6:15-8:30pm (6:15-6:45pm drylands)
SATURDAYS:
Group 1: 11:00-12:00pm
Group 2: 11:00-12:00pm
Group 3: 10:00-11:00am
Group 4: 10:00-12:00pm
BA NUTRITION PLAN!
With all the craziness of the last two years we have not had the opportunity to talk about our nutrition plan, BUT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A MORE IMPORTANT TIME TO DO SO! So, we are back at it and expect a lot more on this topic over the next month! Attached is a GREAT document outlining our plan and please read it and give it to your children! The BEST way to get your kids in the habit of practicing these methods is for YOU to do it too!!!
We are also going to start using our Food Trackers again! The form is attached and help your swimmers learn how to use it! They will definitely be able to find ways to transfer this to their phones and that is totally fine! Anything to make them want to do it more!
