COME ANYTIME, ANY DAY, CHANGE EVERY WEEK! Right now we have multiple time options for each group, and you can mix up when you come any week and any day! One week come Mon and Wed at 6pm, the next week come Tues and Thur at 7pm, whatever works for you at anytime! WHAT OTHER SPORT GIVES YOU THESE OPTIONS?!
EVERY KID IS IMPORTANT! Stroke instruction is #1! Every swimmer, no matter what age, needs to know how to swim the RIGHT way! We use extensively detailed drills, video instruction, and underwater filming to make sure your swimmer excels! And combine that with out trademark STRENGTH TRAINING FOR SWIMMERS and NUTRITION FOR ATHLETES programs and you get this AMAZING thing that is B.A.!
