Our Masters Program at Westminster is AWESOME!!! Current times are:

Mon-Fri: 5:30am-7:00am

SOME GOOD INFO:

Practices are offered Mon-Fri's from 5:30-7am. Most people come 1-2 days a week but you can come as much or as little as you want! The coach is there as early as 5:30am, but people show up anywhere btwn 5:30-6am, and the coach doesn’t actually start the workout til 6am! And you do not have to even do the workout, but its always good to have others to swim with and we have members of ALL levels so you will def have someone to swim with no matter what level you are at right now!

Cost is only $40 a month too, strictly monthly, no contracts and you can join or drop any time!
